6-SPB series LiC high-energy environmentally friendly battery.

Overview:The lead-carbon wound-type high-energy environmentally friendly battery, independently developed by "Tangtai" Group, incorporates internationally advanced composite carbon material formulations to improve the conductivity and specific surface area of the active material, creating a continuous conductive network. This enables the lead-carbon wound battery to achieve twice the charging acceptance performance of a regular starting battery. It uses a high-purity lead skeleton, providing a starting lifespan four times that of a regular battery. With its unique spiral winding structure, it possesses extremely high assembly pressure and a vibration resistance 15 times greater than a regular battery. The ultra-thin electrode plate design offers a large reaction surface area and low internal resistance, providing vehicles with a more powerful force at the moment of ignition and reducing motor consumption.

  • Applications:


    1. Vehicle Starting: The lead-carbon wound battery can provide high cold-starting currents, up to 16C20, requiring only half the capacity of a regular battery for starting.


    2. Generator Set Starting: The battery is suitable for starting generator sets, ensuring reliable and efficient power generation.


    3. Start-Stop Systems in Automotive: The battery can be used in start-stop systems, providing quick and reliable starting capabilities while optimizing fuel efficiency.


    4. Hybrid Electric Vehicles: The lead-carbon battery can be utilized in hybrid electric vehicles to provide efficient power storage and delivery.


    Advantages:


    1. Starting Performance: The battery can deliver high cold-starting currents, making it capable of starting even in extremely cold conditions. It requires only half the capacity of a regular battery for starting.


    2. Vibration Resistance: The battery has excellent vibration resistance, 15 times higher than that of a regular battery, making it suitable for various complex road conditions.


    3. Starting Lifespan: The battery has a maximum starting cycle life of up to 180,000 times, four times longer than a regular battery.


    Technical Features:


    1. Thin Plate Design: The battery uses a thin electrode plate design, which provides a larger specific surface area and reduces internal resistance to one-third of that of a regular battery. This enables fast charging after starting and reduces battery damage from prolonged charging.


    2. Valve-regulated Sealed Design: The battery is designed with a valve-regulated sealed structure, eliminating acid leakage issues. It can be installed in any orientation without space constraints.


    3. Spiral Winding Design: The battery adopts a spiral winding design, resulting in a cylindrical structure that is stable and resistant to swelling at high temperatures.


    4. Addition of Composite Carbon Material: The battery incorporates independently developed composite carbon materials, which enhance its charging acceptance performance and improve the negative electrode sulfation issue, thereby extending the starting lifespan in partial state of charge.
