GFMH Series High-Temperature Lead-Acid Batteries

Overview:Summary: The GFMH high-temperature valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery is a new product independently developed by the "Tangtai" Group for high-temperature environments. It solves the traditional challenge of the impact of high temperatures on the performance and lifespan of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries. It increases the working temperature of lead-acid batteries from 25°C to 35°C while maintaining the same level of lifespan.

  • Application scenarios:


    - Energy-saving base stations operating at 35°C

    Advantages:


    - Design for a float charging lifespan of 15 years at 35°C

    - Allows for increased operating temperature of air conditioning to 35°C or use in direct ventilation cabinets, reducing operating costs by over 30%

    - Long lifespan in high-temperature environments, low failure rate, and reduced maintenance costs


    Technical features:


    - Uses a six-element grid alloy to solve the problem of corrosion of the positive grid plate

    - Utilizes high-temperature resistant composite fiber separators to reduce the decomposition rate of separator materials in high-temperature environments

    - Special electrolyte additive and dedicated safety valve to address the issue of battery water loss

    - Uses high-temperature resistant modified shell materials and advanced pressure-resistant structural design to prevent thermal runaway of the battery.
